What\u2019s worse than spending <\/span>hours <\/span><\/i>on a design, only to be met by an upload error when you go to submit it? <\/span>

\n<\/span>NOTHING. That\u2019s what. It\u2019s almost as keyboard-smashing as Adobe crashing.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Sound like you? We think we know what that problem might be. And it\u2019s a fairly easy fix, so don\u2019t yell \u201cFuuuuuuuuck!\u201d into your iPad just yet.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

TLDR: Design in CMYK, upload in RGB.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

When uploading your card designs to our site, an error can occur if your Jpeg is still set to CMYK.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Basically, when designing we need you to use a CMYK format to avoid creating a false colour palette, but before you upload, you need to change the file to RGB. <\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>Make sense? Please tell us it makes sense.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

So before you submit, make sure you check your file. If you don\u2019t, the files will need to be amended, your upload\/approval will take ages or we might even reject it, if we\u2019ve not had our morning coffee.<\/p>\n

You don\u2019t want that, we don\u2019t want that, shoppers scouting Scribbler stores for unique cards created by talented designers like you don\u2019t want that.<\/p>\n

So here\u2019s a quick breakdown (not the mental type):<\/p>\n

If you create in CMYK and upload in CMYK, it\u2019ll be rejected.<\/p>\n

If you create in RGB and upload in RGB, it\u2019ll be rejected.<\/p>\n

If you create in CMYK and convert to RGB, it\u2019ll go through the approval process. Yay.<\/p>\n
