So, here’s the deal: our website is currently doing that thing where it decides to be a little dramatic. You know, the tech equivalent of spilling oat milk all over the kitchen counter right when you’re rushing out the door.

What’s going on?

Imports are taking longer than usual due to some card back glitches. Not “grab-a-coffee-and-wait” long, but more like “settle-in-for-a-whole-boxset” long. Right now, the estimated upload time is around 3 weeks, so please bare with us while we get things running smoothly again.

Why should you care?

Because if you’re trying to upload your brilliant, mind-blowing designs (and we know they’re brilliant), they might take longer than expected to go live. We don’t want you waiting around in the dark, wondering if your files fell into the internet void. They didn’t. They’re just slowly making their way through our slightly moody system.

What are we doing about it?

We’re on it. Our tech team is basically wrestling with the servers, trying to coax them into playing nice again. (Spoiler: there’s a lot of caffeine involved.) We’ll let you know as soon as things are back to normal.

What should you do?

Keep designing. Keep uploading. Your creativity shouldn’t stop, and neither will we until the problem is solved and your wonderful designs are up for the world to see.
